 With the 2022 Presidential election nearing its destination, knowing the candidates is what allows us to make the right decision on who to vote for. We have taken the liberty of providing information about each running presidential candidate. 


Maria Leonor “Leni” Gerona Robredo

Current Position: 14th Vice President of the Philippines

  • Authored the Tax Incentives Management and Transparency Act (RA 10708)

  • Authored Full Disclosure Bill (HB 19)

  • Authored the People Empowerment Bill (HB 4911)

  • Authored Open Door Policy Act (HB 6286)

  • P503 million in COVID 19 response

Emmanuel “Manny” Dapidran Pacquaio Sr.

  • Filed a total of 31 Senate bills during the 17th congress.

  • Worked with Jack Ma to help bring to the Philippines 50,000 COVID-19 test kits through their respective charity foundations.


Panfilo “Ping” Morena Lacson Sr.


Birthdate: June 1 1948

Current Position: Senator of the Philippines

  • Chief of the Philippines National Police (1999-2001)

  •  Senator of the Philippines (2001-2013, 2016-Present)

Significant Accomplishments:

  • Authored the Reproductive Health Act (RA 10354)

  • Authored the Sin Tax Reform Act (RA 10351)

  • Authored The Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act (RA 10591)

  • Authored Senate Bill No. 2783, which strengthened further the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, and is now part of Republic Act No. 10167,

  • Authored the Revised AFP Modernization Act (RA 10349)

  • One of the only two senators who has never used his P200-million-a-year Priority Development Assistance Fund (Pork Barrel) allocations, and returned them all to the National Treasury. 

  • Downloaded 85% of the PNP’s budget to the operating units to improve the overall administration, while removing excess privileges to top police officials.

  • Filed more than 20 bills relating to the National Defense Act, Anti-Political Dynasty Act, special financial assistance for families or beneficiaries of police and military personnel, jail officers and firefighters killed or incapacitated in the line of duty, whistleblower protection, etc.

  • Hosted multiple clean up drives in the city of Manila

  • Provided public housing for the homeless and city employees

  • Administered infrastructure projects such as the redevelopment of the historic jones bridge, Construction of a 10 storey building at Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center

  • Signed an ordinance providing monthly allowances to students, senior citizens, people with disabilities (PWDs) and solo parents
